Makes approximately 8 servings

1 cup of dark rum
¾ cup of 151 proof rum
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut
1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
4 oz evaporated milk
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp of ground cinnamon
½ tsp of vanilla extract
½ tsp of coconut extract

Cinnamon Sticks & Pink Salt *optional for garnishing

Directions:
It’s simple; combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is uniform. You can serve immediately over ice, but I suggest putting it in a pitcher and letting it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Stir or shake before serving if it has settled for more than 15 minutes. After pouring, garnish the drink with a cinnamon stick and sprinkle a modest amount of pink salt on top to keep it festive.
